Jury Scam Alert!

  The Juror Services Division does not call jurors to obtain personal information, including social security numbers and/or financial information.  If you receive a call asking for these information, do not give the caller any personal information and if possible record the caller's phone number and report the contact to both our juror office and local law enforcement.

  • Civil

    Civil cases involve a lawsuit in which one party sues another to recover money or property, enforce a contract, collect damages, protect some civil rights.

  • Criminal

    Criminal cases range from traffic infractions to robbery and murder.

  • Family

    Family Law refers to the various actions regarding marital and/or family relationships.

  • Jury Service

    Every qualified United States citizen has an obligation to serve as a juror when summoned.

    The Juvenile court handles justice, status offense, child abuse and neglect.

    When a petition is filed in the Probate Court, the Probate Clerk will assign a hearing date.

    Small Claims is a special court where disputes are resolved quickly and inexpensively.

    Information on traffic citation, arraignment and court trial.

  • Appeals

    An appeal is when someone that loses at least part of a case asks a higher court (called an "Appellate Court") to review the decision.
