Phone Scam

The Fresno Superior Court has received reports of fraudulent phone calls appearing to come from one of the Court’s numbers 559 457 2150, claiming to be from law enforcement or the Court.  The Fresno Superior Court does not contact people by phone regarding criminal charges, warrants, or requests to surrender. Suspected fraudulent calls should be reported to local law enforcement.

Divisions

  • Civil

    Civil cases involve a lawsuit in which one party sues another to recover money or property, enforce a contract, collect damages, protect some civil rights.

    Information on traffic citation, arraignment and court trial.

  • Appeals

    An appeal is when someone that loses at least part of a case asks a higher court (called an "Appellate Court") to review the decision.
