NOTICE

Pursuant to Local Rule section 4.1.13, effective July 1, 2017, documents filed by represented parties in all civil, family law, and probate actions must be filed electronically unless the Court excuses parties from doing so. Although not required, self-represented parties are encouraged to participate in electronic filing and service.

STATEWIDE TRAFFIC TICKETS AND/OR INFRACTIONS - AMNESTY PROGRAM INFORMATION

The 2015 Amnesty Program Ended on April 3, 2017

If you submitted an amnesty application in person or by mail, postmarked by April 3, 2017, your application will be processed. You will be contacted by the amnesty staff with the results of your application, but only if you included a complete mailing address and/or complete telephone number.

If you do not hear from us, you may go to the "M" Street Courthouse, located at
2317 Tuolumne Street, Fresno, California, or call (559) 457-1700.
Clerks' Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
