Only case information allowed by law to be viewed by the public will be displayed. If you are an attorney or party in a case not publicly available for viewing, you will have to come down to the courthouse to view the case.
Unlawful Detainer cases are not available for sixty days after the complaint is filed with the court. In cases filed in the Civil Department, the three initials of the judge assigned to the case are being listed at the end of the case number on documents and notices. (Example: 03CECG00001SJK) These initials are not part of the case number in the computer system, and you should not use them in searching for information. Leave the three initials off when entering the case number to search for information. (For the case number in the example above, you would enter 03CECG00001 in the Case ID field).

Odyssey Access Request And Payment Authorization Agreement (Justice Partners Only)
PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
Please be advised that the access request process for the Odyssey Portal must be completed using the following steps (in this exact order) or we will be unable to process your request.
-- NEW USERS (those who need to set up a new account): Please complete steps 1 through 4.
-- EXISTING USERS (those who have an account but need to pay their annual Odyssey access fee): Please follow the instructions in any renewal e-mail received. If no e-mail was received, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
-- EXISTING USERS WITH CHANGES (those who have paid their annual Odyssey access fee and have an account but need to request changes to their access): Please complete steps 1 and 4.
-- DEACTIVATED USERS (those who have a deactivated account and need to pay their annual Odyssey access fee and have their account reinstated): Please contact the Odyssey Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the name and e-mail address of each user that needs to be reinstated. Once an Odyssey Help Desk support technician confirms that the affected accounts are unlocked, please complete steps 1, 2, and 4.
1. Submit the Odyssey Access Online Request form by clicking here. Alternatively, the manual form may be found and submitted by e-mail here after completing all other applicable steps;
2. Pay the correct fee (an annual cost of $74.40 per individual user logon, with the understanding that such fees are subject to change from year to year and that agencies will be automatically charged at the then current rate until stopped). You will automatically be directed to pay once the form has been submitted online in Step 1;
3. Register for an account on the Odyssey Portal here -- a complete registration guide is available to assist you here; and
4. Request access electronically by signing in to your account (created in step two), click the 'welcome' hyperlink in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and click 'request access' on the drop-down menu that appears. You may also sign in to your account and click here to go directly to the access request page (you must be signed in for this to work).
You will be notified by e-mail once your Odyssey access request has been processed.
